Hello,

I’m hoping you can help me. Over the past few years I’ve noticed I’ve been charged twice for my deezer subscription when I should only be paying £12.99 for one. Please would you look into this?

The majority of the folks here on the forum are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and since we are not deezer employees, we have no access to your account.

I would suggest that you contact deezer support and open a ticket so that someone can look at your billing history and help you to get this resolved.
