Issue with my trial plan

Hello Deezer team, 

Recently I bought a new phone with a free trail plan with deezer for 4months.

I correctly start it 2days ago but since today My plan was cancel with any reason. 

Could you let me know what is the problem please !?

Je viens d'acheter un nouveau téléphone avec inclu dedans 4 mois d'essai Deezer. 

Je l'ais correctement activé il y a 2j mais depuis cet matin je suis repassé en gratuit sans raison.

Pourriez vous me dire quelle est le problème svp ?
