family plan


My wife purchased the family plan and I'm under her subscription and Im still on free Deezer can't access anything on my account

Hello @Author Sheneka Shanae I have updated your account in the system and you should be able to enjoy your Family subscription.
Please log out and login again and let us know if it is working now.

Did your wife receive a confirmation by email that you are now a member of her family subscription?
