Hello @Mitch72,

Despite you not having clarified if it’s Deezer Web or Desktop, there a lot of reasons why that may be the case, I’ll list a few for you to troubleshoot:

  • Your laptop could have a firewall or proxy installed that is interfering with tracks playback - typical of work or school provided/managed devices.
  • Your laptop could have some tracker and adblockers preventing some important scripts from running while using Deezer.
  • Your laptop could be connecting to a network that has some firewall policies that block some elements, including necessary ones for Deezer to function properly.
  • Your laptop could have a proxy that is placing you in a region other than your current one (on your phone) - and so some tracks may appear unavailable.
  • You run a VPN service on your laptop, or the network you connect to does.
  • Deezer Web: You have not closed your browser in a long time, try closing and reopening again or clear all browser cache and cookies.
  • Deezer Desktop: You have not rebooted your laptop in a very long time, try rebooting and see if it it persists.

Please let us know if any of the above addresses your issue.

Hello @Mitch72, on your laptop you use the desktop app or web?

Do you receive an error message?

Can you give us an example?

Thanks
