Hello, I was looking on the Internet for some hi-res mp3 players such as Sony Walkman and Fiio.Does they support deezer for an offline mode( and deezer HIFI)? Moreover would be better to buy a new smarphone or a mp3 player for the best music experience?

There is no HQ hifi players for any music streaming.
Only iPod mp3 players can support apps.
Their hifi compatibility is weak, as sound cards are not high end.
