Connection to Sonos


My search function Deezer > Sonos stopped working. Deezer fails to connect to Sonos via the Sonos 'Add a service ' I've deleted Deezer and reinstalled to no avail. Just says Error connecting to app. Deezer works on my phone, Sonos works for radio etc. is it just me? Any others and advice, please .

I deleted the  Deezer app and Deezer within Sonos. After a long chat with Sonos I've been informed it's a known problem at Sonos and they're working on it. (apparently 🤷🏻‍♂️) I've checked and my Sonos app is up to date.

I’m also using Deezer with the Sonos app on a daily basis. And I don have any issues.

Which Sonos release are you using? I’ve got 80.17.09-release+20250220.d79738.

You wrote that you did delete Deezer. Do you mean Deezer within the Sonos app?
