I downloaded a few EPs from my PC Deezer app and the do appear as downloads thru the app but, as instructed I went to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\deezer-desktop\Cache and no such folder exists.
Ideally, per my settings, the files should be in FLAC format. I write this in the case I can find this elusive “deezer-desktop” folder. Is is NOT in the path specified above. I have also tried the android app and again, no deezer folder. BUT I did see the files, but only in mp3 format.
Also, if anyone is aware of a telephone support # I would be quite interested in that.
