rejected authorisation request when connecting sonos

Hello all

 

i have a new Sonos system and when trying to add Deezer service, I mistakenly pressed Deny when the authorisation window was displayed.

I somewhat cannot find how to re-enable this.
i have a Deezer family account so it works with all other accounts, except the account where I mistakenly rejected the authorisation request when trying to connect Deezer to Sonos…

 

any ideas?

@Noam Asulin: It’s iOS. The post is been posted on Troubleshooting->iOS.

@Fiona et fred: Are you using the Sonos app on your iPhone or iPad? And you can’t access your account there?


Try this:

  • Go to the Deezer website
  • Go to Account Settings
  • Go to My Apps
  • If you see Sonos there, use Delete this app
  • Go back to the Sonos app
  • In the Sonos app go to the preferences and there add Deezer again.
    Use System and voice, Add Service, select Deezer, use your Deezer account to log on.

(Some screenshots are in Dutch or English, hopefully you can understand those)

On which platform ? 

On Android you can go to Settings>Apps>Sonos and clear cache . That should show you the message again
