i have a new Sonos system and when trying to add Deezer service, I mistakenly pressed Deny when the authorisation window was displayed.
I somewhat cannot find how to re-enable this. i have a Deezer family account so it works with all other accounts, except the account where I mistakenly rejected the authorisation request when trying to connect Deezer to Sonos…
any ideas?

@Fiona et fred: Are you using the Sonos app on your iPhone or iPad? And you can’t access your account there?
Try this:
Go to the Deezer website
Go to Account Settings
Go to My Apps
If you see Sonos there, use Delete this app
Go back to the Sonos app
In the Sonos app go to the preferences and there add Deezer again. Use System and voice, Add Service, select Deezer, use your Deezer account to log on.
(Some screenshots are in Dutch or English, hopefully you can understand those)
