Hello everyone, can you please reinstall the app from the Play Store?

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=deezer.android.app

Please let us know if it solved the issue!

He @Waldo Swart could you please provide more information? Do you get any error message?
Have you tried to reinstall the Deezer app and login again?
Thanks

Followed instructions and now everything has been wiped. Also asking for payment to set up again though I'm paid up and have been a customer for some time.

The installed Deezer version is 7.0.2.75.

Me too, and now I cannot log back in on Android. I am very angry. Is there a solution to this problem?

This does not work if you do it wipes out all the information, and you won’t be able to log in again only sign up. Please fix this. :( It has been days without my music on my phone.

ok, found a solution: I have a family subscription, I have changed the profile to the one of my wife, then back to mine  and now it works

Incredibly frustrating!

2nd time in two months where Deezer has crashed on my Android

Annoying message that states that my subscription is being verifief.

If I reload the app I know what will happen:

All my music downloaded will be wiped.

Help please!

I have the same problem. Since other users couldn't log on after reinstalling, I'd rather not go that route. Any chance for a fix?

I see the same message everytime I launch the Deezer app on my Android, but one I click "QUIT" in the pop-up window, it refreshes the screen and I can play music.

I had the same problem and solved it like this:

  1. first as I have the family suscription I changed to another profile and then went back to the main one.
  2. Went to the Android app configuration of Deezer, forced it's detention and cleaned the cache.

Hope this helps
