I'm starting to get pretty tired of Deezer to be honest

I already made a comment one time about how slow it can be, which may be expected with large playlists and slow networks I suppose.
But I'm just gonna list some other annoyances I ran into over the years after I switched, cause it all piles up over time.

  • Playlist limits, most of my playlists have around 500 songs with some more than that. But sometimes I feel like listening to a combination of genres/moods and it's cool that I have the option then to queue multiple playists and hit shuffle. However because I have to go in each playlist and queue it it takes some time to set this up every time, so I try to save the queue I made but it's over 2000 songs so that doesn't work.
  • Saving tracks for offline, I don't know what my expectations should be but there's been plenty of times where I end up in a place with no connection and then I try to play a downloaded list but it just ends up a blank list while telling me "No connection". I know there is no connection, that's why I went to "Downloaded music".
  • Top Tracks can be kinda weird, as stuff appears in there that I've only listened to 1 time the past year. But I haven't listened to much music that week, and this 1 track showed up, and now it is one of my top tracks apparently.
  • My MP3s is a bit limited too, which I guess is just cause it has the same limit as the playlists, but moving from another service I had to pick the ones that I wanna keep in there.
  • I can't play it without the app, the mobile browser just keeps trying to install the app and putting a browser in desktop mode is telling me this browser is not supported.
  • If I log into a browser it asks me to consent to cookies for 902 companies, 529 of which ask for consent to create a personal profile for advertising. Sorry but that sounds kinda insane to me.
  • Trying to play all songs from an artists is really annoying. I can play Top Tracks which is very inconsistent, sometimes this is a Top 20 and sometimes a Top 3, depending on the artist even if they all have more than 20 songs. Or I can play one album, but it stops after that album. Or I can launch an artist mix, but it will be many artists. Or I can put on a playlist of 100% that artist, but it is not all by that artist. To have all their music in the queue I have to start playing 1 album and then start manually queuing everything else. If an artists does not release albums but just makes singles and instantly releases them then this can mean having to press add to queue on every individual song.
  • Clearing the queue has been requested years ago and is still impossible. For me this means that if I want to do this combination of playlists thing I have to start by having it first finish loading and starting one playlist, I wish I could just clear queue and start adding things to queue right away instead. Just that this was requested years ago and never added gives me no hope for any feature requests.
  • I decided to explore podcasts one time cause I do like them but had no app for it installed yet. I honestly don't even know why you have them, it's so little effort. I can't even queue podcast episodes, there is no "play next" or "add to queue", all you can do is pick an episode and it'll replace the queue with the entire podcast history. Even if you go to your latest episodes where it shows episodes of all podcasts you like, starting an episode now does not queue anything more than that one episode.
  • I feel like listening to fast songs by Anthrax, so I'll just go to my Fast playlist and search Anthrax. Press one song and it now queues the entire playlist, not just my search results. So I guess I gotta queue every search result individually, let me just clear the queue first, oh...

Hi @Dafon !

I must admit that this is a really detailed description of your observations.

I have been using Deezer for a long time and I have noticed that there are some problems. As you yourself wrote, some of them can be solved but it takes effort.

We, as users, have the right to express our opinions or suggest improvements.

Deezer will work on improving the application but I am afraid that not all of our suggestions will be accepted.

@Dafon: I was wondering why you want to use the Deezer website on your phone instead of the app or did I understood your message wrong?
