Stopping or pausing play sounds abrupt, because the volume is instantly drawn to zero. Instead it would be really nice to always do a very brief fade out, with duration of 0.5 sec or so. From experience from other music players I know that it's much nicer to the music-loving ears and brain!

Hi there, thanks for this great idea.

I agree, it is not nice to have a song interrupted in abruptly.

Make more users vote for it to get more attention for this 😉

I would also add the need for a brief fade-in when unpausing playback.

An app I use to listen to my personal music collection has the fade-out-on-stop feature. I didn’t realize how soothing this was until I use an app without it.  Specifically, with Deezer, I like to look at a song’s artist page, then click to play the artist, or click to play the Deezer suggested mix. The transition between songs is very harsh. A more graceful transition would be wonderful.
