When it listen to Deezer with my wireless headphones and bluetooth i can not change thé volume on Deezer. Just with thé buttons of my phone. There is no volume banner in thé app... How can i solve this. I have android system on Huawei mate light 10.

This issue is with the phone and not Deezer. The phone you have is not being supported with Google Play Services and hence most features will slowly begin to fail (if not already) and not only with Deezer but any other app that uses Play Services.
You might want to consider upgrading to a phone that has OS update support :|
