Hello,

 

I've been trying to set up a 3 month trial for Deezer HiFi.  My bank declined the charge initially for security reasons.  However, that issue has been fixed.  But deezer still will not accept the card I use.  Can you please fix this? Thank you.

can I cancel a premium payment made via shopeepay?

Hi

My credit card billed  twice this day and deezer app say [something went wrong with the payment . Update the payment method]

My credit card is working normally and received notification of twice billing..

What should I do now?

I can t payment my subscription dezeer from cards

Deezer suddenly won’t accept my credit card and I can’t access my premium subscription. Can anyone assist with this ?

Hi @Albiehay I am sorry to hear that. 
I have checked on our system and I can see that your account is a subscription via Apple in which I can only see one charge.
If you have been charged 2 times as you indicate you should contact Apple directly since we do not have control over Apple payments.

Hello everyone pls I've been having difficulties making payment for Deezer account I've tried several cards it's still not working is anyone else here experiencing such?

I was charged 9.99 on the first of June. I upgraded to a family account On the 4th and was charged 14.99 so I've paid 24.98 please refund as necessary.

Hi, I recently paid for my £12.99 Deezer subscription and the payment went through twice resulting in me paying £25.98 for 1 month. I’ve only just realised and would like a refund. Thanks

Payment declined.

Hi... I have had a failed payment message from Deezer and I select the debit card option, but an error message appears since I have a balance on the card.  Any idea how I can fix it? Thank you Very much.
