Hi,


id like to resubscribe but the system won’t seem to accept.

 

Anything you can do to help?

 

i am now based in Europe and need to switch to the 9.99 Euro per month option.

Hi,

Deezer refunded my last payment for this month and I cannot resubscribe.

 

I'm having the same problem as the original poster.

 

I've been subscribed for quite a while now and never had any problems and oneday I was just let know that I'm unsubscribed... With a big struggle I managed to get subscribed again, it's been a month now, I got an email telling me that my payment was unsuccessful, it's the same card I've always used, and now it doesn't want to allow me to resubscribe to the family plan? Is there anyone who can help?

Hi @Ida.Mark.Sannemann it seems that you have 2 different accounts with us. Please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and provide a copy of the bank statement with the 2 payments and one of our agents will be able to help you.

Hey Deezer 

From 16. December 2020 i start getting my Deezer account threw mit Phone company "3", they told me that they would handle the payment with deezer. 

But now in 2 months I have pay dobbel, I pay threw my phone company and you guys still take my money every month. 

I already talked to my phone company and they ask me to contact deezer. 

Would you please stop the dobbel payment, and refund the last 2 months.

12.2.2021 I paid  for Deezer premium and the same day for Deezer Hifi  I believe it has to prolong period of time with Deezer Hifi

Hi @Batang Jaypee I am sorry to hear that. I would recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and present the case to one of our agents. I am not sure you can get a refund though as per our terms and conditions

Hi. Why is that i have a duplicate billing? On apple and deezer on my credit card. Since I subscribed last april? It is too much and just now i noticed it. Can you gave me a refund on that one? You have to inform your subscribers first. It’s so frustrating to know that one. I’m a fan of yours long time ago. But know i had a doubt and try to terminate my subscription by knowing this kind of bills you having on me.

Hi @Natasha Douglas Whenever a subscription is made through the App Store on the Deezer app in your iPhone, the price you pay is comprised of our subscription price, local taxes and Apple’s commission. As a result, the subscription price for users via the App Store is slightly higher than subscribing directly to Deezer.
If you want to subscribe through Deezer directly for 9.99 you need to do it via dzr.fm/offersPremium on the web browser of a PC/Mac.

Hi @jaiinbeety it seems that you have one subscription directly with us and one subscription via Orange.
Please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team (you can do it in French if you prefer) and on of our agents will be able to help (I can’t guarantee you will get a refund though).

I have had Deezer for years paying 5.99 firstly then it got cut off as I changed my card, I was then forced to start paying 9.99 the same thing has happened again I am now being told I have to pay 12.99 I believe this is unfair as I don’t need a be subscription I just need to re subscribe to my old subscription can you help?

Deezer Premium France

&

Deezer Premium+ tnb France

 

what is the difference and why is that ?

i need help and I need only one.

i would like to be reimbursed for the prélèvements of one of the two.

Hi @AdenAdams your premium subscription is active. You might be connected to a different account. Please log out from the app (gearwheel>My account>Log out) and login again with the mail linked to the account and the corresponding password.
If the problem persists please let me know.

I paid my last invoice on March 16, but my account ended today without my knowing why...and I resubscribed, now it says I have to pay again for service..why?

Hey @richy boy I can see that you have a subscription via Apple. As we don’t have control over Apple subscriptions you’ll have to contact them regarding your payment issue.

Hello Deezer-Team, I need your help please. It is regarding my payment method. I would like to change the payment method. That means that the subscription should be billed via credit card and not via iTunes Credit. Could you please let me know how I can change this. Many thanks for your help. Can't renew my subscription. Tried changing the payment method but once I click subscribe it keeps showing me an error message with wrong card details even though the card details are correct
