Hi,

I upgraded my premium account to a family membership. 

Deezer already debited for the premium for the month of March and then still debited full amount for the family subscription. 

Can we not subtract amount to amount debited already?

 

Hi, deezer I subscribed New Years Eve with my MasterCard. I have since logged in and my card is not registered on my account. When trying to redo the subscription it prompts me saying I have already subscribed for a trial period, and will not give me premium features for the trial? Only a day and a half trial? Please help me figure this out. Also  if I could make a recommendation a customer support team would be better than having to post on a public forum.

Hello. I’ve noticed that I was paying 28AED last month and now it changed to 14€ which is almost double price. I had changed countries from UAE to Portugal in December. I don’t know why the prices changed now, 3 months later. Any idea? Thanks

Hi @Adriana Torres 28AED is the price for a subscription in Dubai but since you are in Portugal now the price for the subscription is that amount in Euros.
As you have a subscription via Apple you can contact them directly and ask more about the price change in your Deezer subscription.

Why has my payment date changed this month? My pmt is scheduled for the 30th/mont-look at history of receipts; and this month it’s changed to the 28th causing my account to be suspended!

Hi @JCL I have checked on our system and I can see that your account was a subscription through Apple Itunes.
They refused the payment on their side and you should contact Apple directly since we do not have control over Apple payments.
After that refused payment your account turn into free.

You can contact them through the following link to check why they refused your payment: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

 You can always resubscribe directly with Deezer (at a lower price than your previos subscription with Apple) from a PC/Mac logging into your account via www.deezer.com/offers

Hi @ABELSOUNDS please check the information above in this page regarding failed payments. If not contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to check your account in the system and figure out the reason for payments being declined.

For the past 6 months my subscription of R59.99 have been billed twice in one month I've logged a complaint there was no respond I was only asked to rate the service with an issue that never got resolved - 3 months ago I have upgraded to sharing  family option of R89.00 I'm still billed twice the amount of R59.00 and R89.00 is billed from my account - my account is somehow duplicated - please assist ASAP 

And there's an account of mine with the same annk account no.

I got charged and wanted a refund and was told it was processed but to date nothing reflects in my account

Hi @Kelly254 I have checked in our system and the reason why your payment was refused is because the card did not have enough funds at the moment of the payment.
Please make sure that everything is fine with the card and try again.

I tried paying for deezer premium and it was 4.99 USD but when paying it doubled to 9.99 USD

I’m failing to subscribe to Deezer premium.

I was using the free service for 30 days but now that’s up I’m trying to get the $4.99 service & it’s not working. 
 

Every time I hit the subscribe button it just refreshes the subscription options page

 I’m using the iPhone 12 Pro Max
