Switching From Premium To Family plan and double charge

Hi I have switched to the family plan 5 days ago. On the same day my annual fee was taken for the premium account. I have asked support to refund my premium annual fee (£107) because I am now paying monthly. I have sent 3 support requests about this but I haven’t got ONE reply from a human.

I know where I can find the form, I need somebody on the other side to look into this case please.

Hi,

how long does it take to get a reply from customer care team?  I am waiting for 5 days now.

When i asked if I can switch accounts I had an almost instant reply.

any update on this matter? Maybe you should suggest to the team that the best way of helping me in this case is by refunding my unused  annual premium membership?!

I have paid an annual fee on the 25th,

I have upgraded to a twice as expensive family plan on the 25th,

I did not get a refund for my annual premium membership because deezer is either to greedy or its too much of an ask.

Now, my 1 month family membership has been refunded without explanation (before hand) and I am now set back to a deezer free status. I have provided all informations to my support agent yesterday and NO word since!

By now, I do not care about upgrading or a refund, I just want to enjoy my LAST year with deezer I have already paid for!
