Im paying a deeper family subscription and in 2 months my family has been ejected without possibility of logging back on twice. 

We already sent an email asking for help, it was resolved and now it is back. 

What is the problem. How can it be fixed ASAP. It costs a leg for it to not work it is inadmissible. Once ? It happens I understand. Every month ? No.
