Hi, I tried to pay for my Premium using a Belarusian card on Paypal while I'm in Poland. The payment went through, and the card was charged, but then I got a screen telling that I need to change the country or the payment method and that my card hasn't been charged yet (though it already was). In the end, I've paid the fee, but the Premium is still off, can you please make a refund?

Usually bookings - as you described - do not go through completely if there are differences in the countries of the account and the payment method.
