premium fee increased from NGN900 ($2) to $10.99

Hello Deezer team.

I am a user from Nigeria. Last month my premium subscription fee was NGN900 (about $2) and this month I get a charge of $10.99 although it failed. I never got any notification of a price increase or a change of he applicable currency for my payments. I can not afford the $10.99 monthly subscription so might be forced to cancel my subscription if $10.99 monthly is the new fee.

Please I need clarifications on this matter as soon as possible.

$10.99 is the new monthly fee for the premium subscription. deezer has brought almost all countries to the same price level, regardless of the very different local income levels. So it's not a mistake.

Sorry about it, but that happened because we donโ€™t accept different currencies anymore and we moved our charges to USD, we sent an email explaining it before, itโ€™s probably on your spam.๐Ÿ˜•
