To whom it may concern:
The subscription costs on deezer have increased again. I got the mail that says "new prices and more benefits" but I want to know which are those " benefits" (if someone takes the trouble to answer this question, please leave aside the HiFi feature; that's been part of Deezer for a long time)... Through this forum and the playstore, we the users have asked for bug fixes and basic features that any music service has (e.g. crossfade) but so far there is no response.
So:
a) does the price increase include the addition of crossfade in the main android version?
Also:
b) can't move the songs in the play queue, the app crashes, and when it doesn't crash, the moved songs go back to their place ;
c) when I have a queue of songs to play, and I select one of them to play next or add to the queue, the app has a bug and jumps back to the beginning of the play queue.
d) when adding a song to play next, it does not appear for several seconds;
e) when I try to change the picture/photo of a playlist, the application crashes and closes;
f). the beta crossfade doesn't work properly, sometimes it fuses up to three songs at the same time: the song that is ending, the next one and ends up playing the third one.
g) on several occasions it happens that a song doesn't load, so I decide to move on to the next track and it suddenly plays two tracks at the same time: the one I decided to listen to and the one that hadn't loaded for a while .
For this and more, Deezer does not deserve a price increase. On the contrary, fees should be reduced and users should be compensated for these errors in their service.
