i have a problem with deezer premium

Hi.

I buy today deezer premium, and it "pays" after 30 min. Then, I have got a check from Google pay, that I paid for the subscription, but I haven't subscription And money wasn't pay

And I have 2 problems

1) If I go to deezer I see that I have deezer free, but what is the check I have?

2) I from Ukraine. And now I'm in Poland. And I pay from Poland card. And if I want buy subscription I must pay 22 zl or 5€. But, if I pay I see that I must pay 400 UAH. But, 400 uah it's don't 20 zl/5€ it's 50 zl/10€

What it is? I how I can buy the subscription

I supppse you have to use a subscription plan of the country where you stay permanently. For individual information of your account please contact the support team.
