How do I change the country of my Deezer subscription?

I`m using Deezer in Nigeria and i`m trying to subscribe to a premium plan but the subscription price keeps showing in Dollar and not Naira.

Please, is there a way i can get to be in Naira (NIgerian Currency)

Hi guys,
I live in the Netherlands, and my Paypal is being charged the fee in CZK every month (which is always then always converted to EUR to be deducted from my Dutch bank account...). Also the app always offers me playlists in Czech, and Czech music charts, Czech albums...
I'm sorry but I really don't care about Czech content and I would really like my PayPal account to be charged in EUR for the monthly fee, as currently my bank account is being charged different EUR amount every month...
I tried looking for how to solve this, but haven't found any solution. Can please someone help me?

I have to pay 12.99£ but i living in Ukraine and i know that subscribing for ukrainian it is 4.99€ What happend with my account?

I have moved from the UK to the US and I would like to change my country of subscription to US so that I can update my form of payment.

 

I tried to cancel my subscription and reinstate it but it is still associated to the UK.

Is there a way to make the change? Or can someone from Deezer do it?

Hello, I am Vittoria an Italian User. Today, I riactivated my premium subscription, but the only price of the subscrition was in £ 9.99 and not in € 9.99 (Italy currency). I went ahead with the procedure hoping it would change but at the end the price in € charged to me was € 11.48.

Now, I disactivated the subscription, but i received to my credit card the charge of € 11.48 could you please help me to resolve this problem?

Hi there,

Deezer is asking me to update my payment method but i can't since i'm no longer in Jordan (country where i originally subscribed).

Now i'm in France,  i unsuscribe to be able to suscribe here in france but by default deezer is suggesting subscribtion in Jordan with the same issue of payment method (not ok) and no way to change country of subscribtion...

Can you please assist?

Sorry to hear that's happened. Our app recognises the IP address of when you subscribe, and charges the account accordingly. For more help about your account in specific, please contact our support team here.

I created my account in France and been using for years. However I've been leaving in Spain for 5 years now.
I can't update my paiement details: it gives me an error because the card is from spain ..........
I cannot use a discount I had from FNAC because I'm recognized as France suscriber..........

Is the only option to unsuscirbe and recreare an account from Spain? (Really?)
Will I loose all my saved playlist and album?

@Rebbitt123 Please note that the catalogues are different from country to country. In order to get the UK catalogue you need to cancel the current subscription and wait for it to end. Afterwards you need to subscribe from the Uk and the account country will automatically change to UK. So will the catalogue 🙂

Hey Thiago, you subscribed while in Ireland, right? It's not possible to automatically change that so you would need to cancel that subscription and then resubscribe when you're back in Brazil :)

you won't 🙂 all contents will be there if you cancel the subscription.
How do I change the country I’m in on Deezer? On my home page it comes up with suggestions of French music from when I went to Canada last year when I logged on. Ever since then it has not changed back to uk. How do I do this? I’ve tried logging off then back on but that’s all.
Hi @john03, you account it set up as you are from France, therefore you are getting the french recommendation. To change it you would have to cancel your current subscription and then subscribe again from the country that you are based in. In your case I managed to change from here 🙂 Please log out and log back in!
Hi Rafael. Any chance you can chnage my account to a UK one please, I stupidly signed up whilst conncected to a Romanian VPN, Cheers.

Sorry about that.

I've had a look at your account and couldn't see any previous subscription from Jordan. The account is on Free and set to France. So I suggest you follow the password reset email I sent you and make sure you log in with the right credentials. Also, clear the cookies and cache of your browser - that should help when you're subscribing :wink:

I think I managed to change - sometimes we are not able to. The country might change back to Romania and if this happen you will need to cancel the account and subscribe again with UK ip.

Hi Rafael, I set my account up on a company computer and did not know about this restriction, we VPN in to germany for securty and now I only get German suggestion, I live in Sweden and my account just got paid for a new month, can you please update mine as well?

I won't be able to change it, I'm afraid 😕 You would have to cancel it and subscribe again using a device with Sweden ip...
