Hi I'm trying to set back up the family and friends subscription, I had it before but cancelled but it's not allowing me to select my partners profile?

The subscription is officially called "Family" and not "Family & Friends". 😉
Your partner's profile should actually be usable if you booked the subscription to the account you were already using.
