We are in Austria and my account and membership is from Brazil.

My son is not allowed even when we adjust the country selection.

How to solve this problem?

In case of no solution I'll cancel the subscription.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work. All accounts must have the same country code.


Hey @Joni Silva are you and another family members able to login as usual?
Does he get any error message when he tries to login? Also, does he have an independent profiles or he connects with the master account email and password in order to access to his profile?
