Change bank account number, not payment method

I'd like to change my bank account number without changing the payment method. I'm now paying with iDeal (from The Netherlands) and want to keep doing so, just from a different account. Thanks!

Hello @wouter.veldhuis.39 in that case, you please have to cancel your current Premium subscription, wait until 9th of February and the re-subscribe to Premium with the same Deezer account and the new bank account number. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

hi there my account sais that I have failed to pay my account but it is a debit order off my account for the last 4 years ease help me fix it!!

Hi!

I have to change my credit card number for my monthly payment. I tried multiple times but I can't enter the code I get in the text message therefore I can't add my new credit card.

My card expires this December should I try again in January?

Here are the step-by-step instructions to update your bank account details:

  1. Go to Settings. Note: If you're logging in with Deezer Family, please use the Main profile to change your details

  2. Select Account Management.

  3. Choose "Manage my subscription."

  4. Navigate to "Payment Method."

  5. Change or update your payment method, and enter your new details.
