I even tried to reset the password - but the email doesn’t appear in the inbox. So it’s like the account got deleted. I’m reading similar complaints from others - it looks like no one can log in in Russia.

This is a controversial decision, but you have the right to it.

At least, give us the ability to save/backup OUR collected data! Favorite artists, albums, tracks, listen history and playlists in common formats like csv/excel.

You can do it with TuneMyMusic - if you can log in. It’s quick and easy. You can even export directly to another streaming service.

The problem is that many - or all - users from Russia can’t log in anymore - and it extends to TuneMyMusic. If you have logged in earlier, it still works, at least for a while.

I can’t pay for TuneMyMusic, all cross-border transactions are blocked currently. And free version is very limited. Log-in problems aside.

I don’t think the free version is very limited when you just export to CSV. Their premium features are automatic syncs and syncs to streaming services. So try exporting to CSV if you can.

Ok, will try, thank you!

I just checked the CSVs I created yesterday - and yes, everything appears fine, with the exception of album fields in playlists. You might only have a problem if you have playlists with more than 500 tracks in individual playlists..

Well, yes. I checked several services and no one allow me to save all my information without paying for premium features.

As all of them work through some sort of API if I understand, why Deezer doesn’t simply put button “get my data” in profile, just like google do for example.

Let’s block them access to musicXDDDD

I just logged in successfully. Looks like they fixed it.

I’m against military operations, different invasions and wars. I can’t be responsible for government decisions. Nobody is blaming citizens of other countries for their conflicts all over the world even if they have democracy and people have more influence for their leaders. I didn’t break the law or something like this. The only reason is wrong place of birth. How can we call it? Discrimination. It’s very nice, Deezer.

Whoah. That really sad for me.😞 I discovered this service and it’s so much better than others, i’m literally now losing sleep trying to find a solution. You are amazing team, you’ve made the greatest service. I don’t want to switch to others neither to lose my account i got so lovely music collection. Well f/ck it(, I used to lose every time i build.

Or wait!  Would a gift card work on russian account?

Or if my let’s say french or german friend add me to his family group, would it work?

Tell me if you know a way, it’d make me happy believe it or not)) I don’t blame no one and i feel your loyalty to costumers and it’s sad when someone forces us to do something, it’ll get better, thank you all, it was a pleasure to use it, hope i still will be able to 🙂

Dear Team Deezer!

I can fully understand your anger with the situ, but cancelling Russian users you are sending a wrong message to the wrong people. The Deezer subscribers here are progressive part of the society and by alienating them you achieve nothing, and actually the opposite - turning them to the Dark Side. These times are hard enough for us, believe me.

Please try to pass on this concept to your policymakers and looking forward hearing more fine sounds from your team.

Peace to Ukraine! Peace to All!

Вот же гнида..

This is embarrassing... People are not guilty what is happening...

Oh yeah…Until Russians won’t be punished in every single aspect of their lives, they definitely won’t understand that invading to sovereign state is bad thing.
