I received an email stating that I could choose a plan for 3 months free. I wanted to try the family plan, but when I went to pay for it/add a card it refused giving me try our FAQ section. Then I went to the app to see if I could get to work from the app, but it was only trying to give me one month free. For obvious reasons I didn't put any payment info. I checked the card in question, it does foreign transactions and has money on it, and is also valid. It still hasn't worked.
