I received an email stating that I could choose a plan for 3 months free. I wanted to try the family plan, but when I went to pay for it/add a card it refused giving me try our FAQ section. Then I went to the app to see if I could get to work from the app, but it was only trying to give me one month free. For obvious reasons I didn't put any payment info. I checked the card in question, it does foreign transactions and has money on it, and is also valid. It still hasn't worked.

I can’t see the email you received to see if there were any restrictions on the plans being offered, and that’s the only thing I can think of at the moment.

 

You wrote that the 3 month offer was valid when you were on the deezer web page, but it just wouldn't accept your card? Did you try an alternate payment method?

 

I would suggest contacting deezer support. They can certainly get you set up with any valid offers.

This normaly happens if you took a special offer in the past using same payment method. Also if using it with a different email adress…
Because many people in the past were using the 3 month trial for several times just using another email adress each time, Deezer now is going to check by payment method if you had a special offer in the past.
