I'd like not to hear the tracks that I've already listened to in Shuffle mode during the last month

Hi!

Maybe this was already requested.

I can suppose that it may happen due to your algorithm limitations or something, but still.

When I choose “Shuffle my music”, I want to hear something new and random from the albums and playlists that I’ve already saved (comparing to Flow when I want to hear something completely new).

However, it appears that Shuffle suggests me the same tracks again and again, sometimes it even makes me hate the bands that I like just because I’m in the mood for something new.

I’m ok if something familiar will appear in this shuffle, but at least not from the same stuff that I had this week (better even month).

“Shuffle My Music” plays everything in your library: favorite artists, albums and tracks, imported and self-created playlists etc., so the bigger your library is, the better is the chance that the algorithm can choose lesser played songs from it.

If you only listen to “Shuffle My Music” and have enabled syncing your play queue in the cloud, it would remember where you left and start from there the next day. But that would mean you could not throw in an interesting new album or whatever. 😉

Hi @Eugene Chernov I am sorry to hear that.
Could you please provide some examples in order to investigate and pass the feedback to our devs?
Thanks
