My Deezer Year Isn't Working

Hello, when I try to get into my Deezer Year 2024 it says I didn't stream enough to get one even though I use it every single day. Do you know how to fix it please?

Hello ​@Blw I am sorry to hear that. To experience My Deezer Year, you'll need at least 200 streams where each stream is over 30 seconds. In simpler terms, you need to have listened to at least 200 songs in 2024 on Deezer app. 

If you’re sure you’ve hit that 200-stream mark but still can’t access MDY, don’t worry! Just reach out to our support team at Deezer Support and one of our agents will check your account and help to fix the problem.
