What is the purpose to have an offline mode?
And it's clear on the description : you can listen to music while offline…

I know it doesn’t help you at this moment, but I’ve been testing the offline mode on Deezer.
I’ve downloaded 2 albums, put the phone in airplane mode and tried to play the songs.
Well, I didn’t had the same issue as you mentioned. I’m able to play the songs.
Currently I´m using Android 13 with Deezer 8.0.23.4.

To resolve the issue with offline mode, please try completely closing the Deezer app from the background and then reopening it; this often helps refresh your downloads.
Another tip that usually works is to switch to the offline mode within the app and then turn it back on again. This should prompt the app to start your downloads.
