Hello Deezer Community,
I am writing to draw your attention to a persistent issue I have been experiencing with the Deezer plugin on my Alexa device.
Every time I instruct Alexa to play my playlist on Deezer, it seems to play the songs in the exact same order. As a result, I am continually hearing the same songs in the same sequence each time I make a request. The lack of variety and randomness takes away from the listening experience and the joy of rediscovering songs in my playlist.
I have confirmed that my Deezer settings are not set to play songs in the same sequence every time. As such, I suspect this could be a bug or a glitch in the integration between Deezer and Alexa. This problem persists even after restarting my Alexa device and updating it to the latest software version.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, have you found a solution?
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate if the Deezer tech support team could look into this problem and perhaps provide a fix in the next update. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
