I am using the Android version of Deezer on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - I used to be on someone else's Deezer account but now I have my own and I've had no end of issues with songs just stopping randomly and the app closing with no error message or warning. It does it whether I'm connected to a speaker, my car, headphones or just through the phone speaker. How can I solve this, as I never had any issues when on the old profile, just when I got my own?

I did purge all the downloaded track yesterday. No issue since, fingers crossed !

I also keep getting this issue with s23 ultra. I'll be sitting at work and randomly the app will just close completely. I even have deezer set to never sleep in the andriod settings.
This happened on my previous device which was a s21 ultra too. I've tried all the basic Troubleshooting. Re installing, cashe clearing etc

I will have it open with apps running, but only chrome, Facebook, twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Nothing that should be causing a conflict.
The thing is, I think it's a bit unrealistic to have to close down every other app to use deezer. No other app has this issue of randomly shutting down altogether

As I am in home office I don't use Deezer app that often on my pixel, mostly on my desktop browser. I do have to move around and especially I have the same random issue. Listening to music in my car and suddenly Deezer close without notice. I have to reopen the app, the current track is lost. This is not safe while driving. Keeps happening after reinstallation.
