[Desktop] Wrong queue on start up

When running the desktop application, I always get the wrong queue when starting up Deezer.

Expected behavior: Have the queue and queue position resumed from when Deezer was closed.

Actual behavior: Seems to be an old queue from way back. Which queue changes, though very seldom. I cannot figure out what triggers a change.

I have queue sync turned off. I have also tried to delete the cache files (~/.config/deezer-desktop) and logged in fresh. Did not help. From that it seems like it’s noting on my local machine.

I also have the Android version and it does not have the same issue. Starting something new on Android does not change the behavior on the desktop.

Also: Running on Linux, not sure if that matters.

Hey @EmasXP

I can confirm this behavior. I also disabled queue sync.
The queue only persists if the desktop app is not(!) closed. Once the app is closed, a default queue appears the next time you open it. For me it's the playlist "Neue Hits" / "New Hits".

Does “Answered” mean the same thing as “solved”? Though the answer from @dee_dirk is good, I would not say it’s a solution 🙂

Thanks!
