Deezer has revamped queue lists to offer you an even better listening experience! Now, all songs lined up on your player are Cloud based, which means whatever you’re playing will be accessible across other devices. So, if you’re playing your favorite playlist or podcast on your phone, you can pick up from where you left off when you last opened your PC or Mac. Currently, this feature is available only for paid subscribers. However, we’re planning to add more devices such as CarPlay, smart watches, Xbox and others in the near future.

Thanks again for all your votes and suggestions. Now that our queue list is Cloud based, we have some more exciting enhancements coming soon!

Listen to your favorite tracks on your phone…

… and pick up from where you left on your computer!

Besides Dark Mode in the desktop app this is my other favorite new feature in Deezer, because I listen to large playlists in shuffle mode most of the time which is much easier now that it starts at the same position where I left.

I already mentioned it, but gapless playback would be very nice, as its lacking spoils the fun of listening to some albums with no pauses between tracks in HiFi mode. Also HiFi quality in the web player and in mobile apps would be great.

So this just works between Phones and "PCs" at the moment? Can you provide a list of likely devices and order, I would love Sonos (including Alexa and GA)

I'm very happy with the recent changes . I even made my friend try Deezer again after telling him about the improvements in a few aspects . The synced queue feature still buggy for me . Not always synced and if it foes , then is shows the wrongs song . If the right song is appearing it is not in synced in terms of time .

Overall I'm very happy to see Deezer moving forward . I hope to see more features and add-ons in the near future , mainly in the music discovery option .

Can someone please confirm? If this is so then an option saying 'synchronized across all devices' is misleading. I am trying to sync the queue between my phone and tablet, which is connected to my home audio and it does not work... Bummer.

EDIT:
I went and started my PC to check if this is the case. It may as well be but I can't confirm because whenever I add something to the queue it shows there only for a while. After a moment it disappeared from the list! Same happens no matter if I choose 'listen next', 'add to queue' or even change the list order - it stays there for a moment and then vanishes. Moreover the list is not synced to the tablet which simply skipped the added tracks and started the queue from the beginning (while theye were still there). Funny thing is that when I added something on the tablet, I can still see it on the PC.

Hi there @Yarosh

Thank you for reporting this to us. Sorry that's happened. Could you give us more details about the devices you're using? Model and make, OS, and app versions.

So the tablet is a Dell Venue7 3740 using the latest app version.
Phone is a Galaxy S8 with the latest app version.
Desktop is a Win10 with the latest app version.

So even now, when I checked, my phone queue shows 18 tracks while Win10 list shows 53 tracks. Right now I don't have the access to the tablet though.

Hi there @Yarosh

Thanks for reporting back to us. Our devs will be looking into this. As it's a new feature, we know it might not work well on some devices straight away.

Is it possible to turn this feature off for you account? While it is a cool feature I don't want it.

Sure @AtomB. Just check the audio settings in your app and look for synchronised queue-lists 😉

@Yarosh Are you a Deezer Family member perhaps? I’m only guessing, but this could be a problem, too, because they do not have separate accounts and logins, so probably the cloud synching of the play queue will only work for the account owner.

When will queue lists work with Sonos on andriod?  I’m new to Deezer, was a long time Spotify user, and don’t see it.  Better yet, if the Deezer app could connect to the sonos system speaks directly, as the Sonos app is not very good

Thanks for reaching out to us about these @ten

We're working on our integrations this year, and we've got a Sonos 'revamp' on the pipeline at the moment :relaxed:

Now, for the feature to cast directly from the app, please vote here:

Not working!

and not only it’s not working, I can use the same Family member at the same time at two different devices. meaning my family subscription is useless and I can switch back to Deezer Premium.

I tried everything, log-off from all devices, unlink all devices and link them back, yet it’s not working.

I am using the latest Android version on my mobile and deezer.com via Chrome on my PC.

It’s working, you may not just use it right way.

Have you made Independent account or Profile for EACH family member?

If you want to save money, change cancel family of six and subscribe to family of TRIO for 12,99 euros. Family of six is 14,99 assuming you have only two person at once. Or three.

uh… this is NOT working. Whenever I go back to the android device I have to click through all the songs I listened to on my desktop! This is one of the main things I am evaluating as I look for a replacement for spotify.

Cudo’s for the real sort of my playlists! That is the other thing I was looking for.

Guys, it only works half of the time.
All too often it refuses to show on my iPhone the songs that my PC is currently playing, no matter what I try. It insists on showing a queue from earlier in the day.
Is there anyone on the team actually still developing the app? It seems abandoned. Are you preparing to throw in the towel and quit the market?
