Just started using deezer and I installed the windows app. Now this message keeps popping up, which is extremely annoying:

How do I fix this?

App version is 5.30.190

    Hey there @JAO1

Can you please reinstall the app here and let me know how it goes?

@JAO1, as often as it did before?

Do you have the same problem on browser?

The problem does not occur in the browser, but it would be nice to have it fixed in the app as well. I would say it happens as often in the new app as in the other one

Hello @JAO1, we can’t reproduce the issue.

I think it might actually be related to your connection and not to the app.

If you connect to another wifi do you still get the error message?

    Hi @Yula ,

It could be my connection. I am running a pihole in my network to block unwanted trackers. However, in Deezer's privacy settings I have disabled all trackers. So unless there are additional trackers in the app that are not disabled by the privacy controls, I have no idea how the error message is possible. Is there a specific hostname that gets checked to see if the connection is alive?
