New update on WebOS

Dear Deezer people,

With the latest WebOS app update you have hit the new low. Can you please roll back to the version that was actual in 2021?

I mean, it’s understandable that the WebOS app is very low on your list of priorities, but there’s probably some users who use the TV streaming capability to play music. After all, you do not need to spend extra (at least) 500 € to buy a streamer if your TV is perfectly fine and connected to a decent equipment. Also, based on this experience, I am not convinced that streamer app versions are any better.

This latest update did not fix any of the issues of the previous release and added another one: when you select a performer, you enter the screen with list of their most played songs on the right side and a menu on the left side offering to take you to their discography. Well, if you try browsing the discography, you get a message “It’s silent here. Do you need suggestions?”. This practically means that if you want to listen to an album (who does that nowadays?) you have to search for it. Problem is that the search is not the best with lined up letters when you use the remote. And if you’re not sure which album is a specific song on...you get the picture.

The annoying problem when you want to select the specific song from the list is still there - selecting a song in the middle of the list makes the app play always the first song on the list. How cool is that!

Guys, really...either do it decently or just kill it.

Same here, no discography since a recent update.
