Does anyone like this? Way worse than before for me (listen to albums). Seems like Deezer wants to go the route of the other services and push only playlists. How does a person go about browsing albums by genre now?

Also the recommendations now seem to be offered for someone with polar opposite taste compared to mine.

I can’t believe this could have been made any worse. It is cancel subscription kind of bad. I don’t expect it will be fixed so I am probably off to Qobuz.

@lahey

Sorry to hear that the new appearance for you is such bad. 😕
However for me it’s a great improvement , because now  there is all my personaliced content (flow moods, daily playlists, sunday chill…) available.
I never used the browse albums category on Sonos, because imho it was done and updated half-hearted. Updating catalogue on Deezer itself AND on its Sonos interface means doubled work and manpower. For me it was and is ok to browse albums on Deezer app, set my favorites there and find them on Sonos this way.
Or i just use the Sonos own search option to find albums on Deezer.

But i understand that other people may miss the option to browse albums on Sonos.

The team had to reorganize the content completely for the new GUI and may be they still are working on it. Let‘s give them the chance to improve…

And even better, let‘s hope that direct control for Sonos is coming soon. 😎

For me, it is not usable on Sonos so I am switching to Qobuz. I don’t want to live with something unworkable, waiting indefinitely for some fix that may never come.
