I get “Access Error - Unable to register your system.” message 😔😔 yamaha rn803d. My iPhone app works fine.

I have the same. Yamaha CRX-N470D. Deezer Hifi annual plan

It is so annoying. I am trying to find some cds for my favorite groups. I cant rely on digital services.

The error is not permanent. Yesterday evening from 6 to 9:30 p.m. it did not work at all, login error. Later I managed to log in but one or two songs and it stopped, no files etc. After 10 p.m. I played my playlist and it played without any problems until 11:30 p.m.

I checked now. It still shows the same error. What should I do? I want to listen to music😔

Same issue here, Yamaha models CD-NT670D running on firmware v2.16 (1924) and R-N803D firmware v3.00 (1923), both on API version v2.08.

I have also mcr670d. 😔😔😔

It is not working too. Spotify works fine.

Tonight I could listen to a few songs but it just stopped. Earlier, 18:00-19:00 CEST, it was impossible to log in at all. I listen to the native Deezer app via airplay but it's not the same.

Yes, please, it is not usable as it is.

Have same issue on two devices, thought it was wifi issues, initially.

I’m having the same issue, hopefully it will be fixed soon otherwise it’s not worth subscribing

Same problem here. One or two songs and then the stream stops. Three days in a row now. I’m having the same problem in two different locations with different Yamaha devices. Started a mail conversation with Deezer support a couple of days ago but they suddenly stopped answer after I  explained that it concerned Yamaha devices and their native app. MusicCast. No problem when streaming from the Deezer app via Airplay to all of my devices though. Even if the problems could be adressed to Yamaha or .Api software from third part, Deezer needs to pass the problem to them who it concerns.

Spotify and internet radio stations works flawless through my Yamaha devices and MusicCast.

Could you please confirm if you have the latest version of Deezer installed on your device?
