Duplicate listening history Sonos

Hello,

every time I listen to Deezer with my Sonos system, it will add every song twice to my listening history on Deezer.

Seems like the song gets tracked once it starts and gets tracked again once it ends.

I guess this will also ruin my monthly listening stats?

Could you please solve this?

Hey @Chronchris27

Have you tried to deleted the cache in your Deezer app to check if that solves the issue?

I would also try to delete the Sonos app and download it again. That might help 😁

Thanks for the answer. I installed both the Deezer and the Sonos app completely new but the issue persists.

This is how it looks btw. All these songs only played once but appear twice in my history

Which listening history do you mean, by the way? Are you scrobbling your Deezer listening to Last.fm perhaps and get duplicate scrobbles there?

No, like you see in my screenshot. The Deezer listening history that you can access in the app under Playlists → Just heard.

My account is linked to Last.fm however. I can check if it is fixed by removing Last.fm when I get home.

Update: Unlinking Last.fm does not improve the situation.

It has to be a Deezer-Sonos specific issue.
