Environment:
- Windows 10 Pro
- Deezer desktop app 5.3.260.114 (and 5.3.270)
Expected behaviour:
- I start Deezer
- I can drag it within one of my screens or (if connected to other monitors) to other monitor.
Observed behaviour:
- Once I start dragging (using the title bar), the application disappears (~ crashes / quits)
- No eventlog entries
- No indicators of any issue in appdata/…/main.log
Already tried:
- Reinstall / update
- Removed the desktop app.
- Installed latest version from site (5.3.260)
- Once started, the main.log indicated that there was a new version and downloaded it.
- After restart of the app, I had 5.3.270, but same problem persists
- Posts on similar issues:
- One post mentions crashes when moving to a separate screen.
- One post mentions exactly the same issue on Windows 11
Issue already occurs since quite some time. Glad to pay for a subscription, but then please make sure issues like this one are fixed swiftly.
