Deezer not working on Fitbit: unexpected error occurred

Hi have been using Deezer on Fitbit with no issues until today. It keep saying unexpected error occurred try again later. I have had the same message for 12 hours. Now there is not music available on Watchnon Deezer and can’t sync new playlist even on force.

If the issue persists, could you please check for firmware updates to the Fitbit?

Same issue observed on fitbit sense. Deezer app was already installed, when I tried to enter the activation code in fitbit.com/deezer it shows a spinning icon and says 'unexpected error occured'. Tried it multiple times, unlinked deezer and linked again didn't work. Please let me know the steps on how to resolve the issue.

I got my Versa 2 last week.  Paid the Deezer Premium, and started creating a play list right away (ps, love the app).  However, I cannot get my Versa to download the music from my IPhone X.  I select the wi-fi  app, force sync, it says it is connecting, show download and 0% then goes a way.  I have watched you tube, read a very unhelpful FITbit thread in the community, reached out to Fitbit directly, and nada.  Still an issue.  This is my last ditch effort before I cancel and return.  Nothing on Deezer, but no Fitbit, no need for premium services IMO.  See screen shot that it auto goes to after getting brief download screen

Thanks for the reports. Your support ticket is actually grouped with others, so we've got all the details we need at the moment. Unfortunately, this issue is affecting other integrations which use our public API, so not only Fitbit's.

At the moment you may notice some differences in the access you have, as you mentioned above, and that's why our teams our working on getting this sorted from our side. Please hang in there and keep me posted if you notice anything.

Smae here… bought Sense today, in Italy Google Assistant hasn’t been activated, now I see that I can’t even use Deezer… connection problem… try later… Really?! Please, solve this as soon as possible, or this watch will have to be trashed and Deezer changed with another music provider.

Is there a way you can remove the Deezer app, restart the device and redownload it so that we can test, @Ketchup?

Did this just now, same thing, it still crashes.

I am also having the same issues as above. I'm past the code verification and my fitbit versa 2 when I click Deezer asks me to "go to media settings in the fitbit mobile app to add music". When I do this and click Deezer on the app I get the "uh oh, can't connect to server". Because my account is linked I also can't unlink it to try the above suggestions. I've reset the fitbit and my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I'm still getting the message. Can anyone help please.

A year later I just bought a versa 3 and I'm having the same issue what is going on with fitbit? Can anyone help me with this

It lets you accesses it now, but it wont let you press the 3 dots in the corner because it closes. So you can’t delete music.
 

Mine still does this. The Deezer app on my Sense crashes when the three dots in the corner is pressed. Deezer app version 128.4.17, Sense firmware version 44.128.4.17.

This seems like a long standing issue that has been going on for a while now. Are you any closer to getting this issue fixed because at the moment you are advertising functionality that you don't have which is unacceptable. With the price tag that comes with the fitbit you expect these things to work. As I can see in previous posts people are returning their fitbit and cancelling their deezer subscription. I am not far behind them unless this issue is resolved!!

I believe this is an ongoing recent problem between Deezer and Fitbit (search this community and also the Fitbit community and you’ll see other threads).  

 

Fingers crossed it will be fixed soon :) (at least you know it’s not just yours not sync’ing).

A few days ago I bought a new FITBIT versa 2 with the Deezer app already installed, when I launch Deezer on my bracelet I get a message that the app is installed and go to the site www .fitbit.com / deezer and enter in my smartphone the Activation code. iOS phone Dezzer for Iphone but keeps telling me that the code is incorrect and that I do not have any device installed on Deezer itself. Although I can listen to music when running on my phone, but on Fitbit it constantly sends code and I cannot manage music on a smart watch.
I'm wrong somewhere, but I have no more patience or time

I’m new to having Deezer and a Fitbit. 
How do I sync the Deezer to my Fitbit? When I go into Fitbit app and media , I click on Deezer and sync but nothing happens on the app!

I am cancelling my deezer subscription. WHY WOULD YOU SAY ALMOST A YEAR AGO THAT YOU WILL FIX IT IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO?! The only reason why I even subscribe to Deezer was for fitbit integration which doesn't work.
