Hi @Wease25

have a read of both these articles below:-

Fitbit get Started - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000571689

and use Use Deezer on Fitbit - https://en.deezercommunity.com/your-account-and-subscription-5/fitbit-downloading-removing-and-listening-to-music-9067

Let us know in more detail at what point you’re getting stuck/it’s not working :)

Hi,

I have WiFi connected to Fitbit and have tried force

sync when I look at my Fitbit it says sync in process but is still on 0%
when I go into My Fitbit app it says an error has occurred so can’t even see the music I have added ,or think I’ve added.

Thanks for letting us know @Timurthepro @Kevin Connolly it seems that we're making progress on our side too, with Fitbit. Hang in there and keep me posted!

Great thank you , I will give that a go :)

yeah seems like it, I might get the new oneplus smartwatch coming out in a few days.

Actually, I was thinking about exactly the same thing. I'm sure it will work with Spotify ;)

Hi there @Asyeha @White260 @Rocked24 @Dalgorn @Timurthepro

I've moved your comments here so that you're kept updated on the progress of this issue. Thank you for your patience, we're still investigating it.

Whos keeping people updated? All I'm seeing is grouping of people with the issue. What's the latest? Do you know what the issue is? What's the next steps to fix?

This has been a long time now. What's the priority of the issue? Others have pointed out that the main reason for getting Deezer was to use it with their Fitbit...

Just bought a versa 3 today, not only was I let down to find out I couldn't play spotify offline but now after subscribing to Deezer instead I am also getting the error “Uh Oh! There was a problem reaching the server. Please try again later.” when I try to connect to it over the fitbit app, the are comments here from weeks ago with the same issue, how has this still not been fixed within the space of weeks? Where is the urgency? This is surely not such a complex issue to resolve from your side that users have not been able to play music for week

Hi there @zoya

Sorry to hear that. Have you looked for a firmware update in the meantime? This could be a bug, we're trying to get more info from our users. If you have the most recent firmware, could you please give us the version?

They better resolve this sooner rather then later because I might just sell the watch, I bought it for the point of listening to music without my phone.:unamused::disappointed:

I have already returned my fitbit and cancelled my deezer subscription, I don’t think its acceptable to not work for the price tag when there are countless other options out there that don’t run into these problems. This seems to happen often and is poor tech and software dev.

I'm having the exact same problem, I did a firmware update this morning with no luck.

Hmm… I not longer have a Fitbit (that uses Deezer - I have a Charge 4 now) - I think under the Fitbit app, when you click on the device, then media I seem to remember Deezer was there and there was an option to unlink (I might be wrong).

Which Fitbit is it and where do you get up to before you get the error message?

Hi @Rob Igo

I have tried all the steps (except for unlink as there is no option on the versa3 only uninstall)

And I get as far as the players screen on the app (I only get this if I log out and log into the fitbit app again if I try this twice the error message comes up as soon as I click onto deezer)

I have attached screenshots of the furthest point I get to. As soon as I click next on the adding playlists the message comes up.

Got the same issue 😢

Please help. I have a Iphone 6 and versa. My old versa sync just fine did everything the exact same way but i keep getting the message an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. I followed all the tips on the site - uninstalled deezer on fitbit, then restart fibit, reloaded app again and still the same. Really getting frustrated. Can someone please help.

Same problem here too - with my old

Ionic (that I thought was on its way out, has had other problems too) and new versa (received today). I have spent hours over the last few weeks trying to get them synced and tried all the advice given with no joy. I’m training for a big race and need music on my runs and hate having to carry my phone.
We are paying money out in good faith for both Fitbits and Deezer so it’s really disappointing that you haven’t found a resolution yet. This has been ongoing for weeks now so surely something must have been done about it??

After linking my Fitbit versa 2 to my premium Deezer account I get "uh oh an unexpected error has occurred". Wondering if there is a known fix for this issue.

Hello @Kristi Clark, sorry about that. Have you tried this: unlink your deezer account (if it’s linked), remove the Deezer app from the watch, restart the watch (and your phone), and then re-install Deezer app on the watch and try again.

Let me know

Having same issue... "can not connect to server" or the other one "try again later" after entering code the watch gives you. I have the Original Versa which I bought a few days ago.  Been trying to sort Deezer out for about 8 hours today now and I'm ready to throw the watch out the window haha! Just come across this post so it's obviously a bug in the system that is taking FAR too long to fix and people should be notified via an app notification what is going on!!

I have tried all day to connect my versa to my deezer. I enter the code my watch gives me, the code will not go away even if I go back, online has said its been activated and then said there is an error.

I've just decided to return the watch. It isn't fit for purpose as you can see after some googling that it has happened over and over with deezer and fitbit.

I am going to choose a different brand without deezer.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and i just purchased a Fitbit Versa 2. I have tried for 2 days straight to get Deezer to work on the watch with no luck.

I get to the point twhere i type the activation code from the Deezer app onto my Versa and then it says “Link accounts” - every time i do this I get a message “Uh oh, unexpected error occurred”.

Can someone please help!!

My Versa 3 is doing the same thing

I have the same issue! very frustrating...
