Deezer desktop not connecting

For weeks my Deezer MacOS app has been disconnected from my account, and clicking “Log in” opens a browser page that tells to open a link in Deezer, but it does absolutely nothing.

I just tried to do the same on my MacBook.

  • Opening the Deezer app;
  • A window opens, asking to log on or create an account;
  • After loggin on, a window opens and tells me that I’m ready to use Deezer and Deezer starts right after.

I’m using Deezer 6.0.60. Are using the same?

I am using the same app, but when I log in, the app opens again but still display the “login” and “register” buttons.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, and I also tried with other browsers (Firefox, Chromium, Safari)

Hey dear, If restarting doesn't work, try clearing the cache and data of the Deezer app. This can sometimes resolve issues related to connectivity. You can usually find this option in the settings or preferences section of the app.
