Hi @Andrew h! Sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Could you share more details about what’s going on?

Are the error messages popping up for specific content or everything?

And does it happen all the time or just sometimes?

It’d be super helpful if you could share a video or screenshot of the error message.

Also, let us know what device and app version you’re using.

Hello @Andrew h thanks for your post and did the tips from our user help you?

If you still have issues, please try to record a video of the step by step you do and share it here?

Also confirm version OS of your device, version of BluOS and Deezer app and model of your phone.

I am using an NAD C700 with latest firmware 4.2.11
I have issues accessing Deezer content. I have observed it happens when I’ve not used it since some time, or just when I start using the C700 : the first calls to the Deezer api are slow, and there is a an api error displayed on the screen (json : context cancelled).Once this first error has occurred, I can correctly interact with Deezer. But if I don’t use it during some time, boom, same timeout again.I’ll be happy to share logs if needed.

I contacted the bluos support, and did firmware upgardes, reboot, disconnect and reconnect Deezer, but I still have the same issue.
I have the same issue, whatever device I use for the BluOS Controler (I tested with iPhone, iPad and Mac)

Yes, I get this error messages on BluOS app frequently. There is no error playing Radioparadise for example. Deezer is the culprit

You should remove your access_token from the screenshot for security reasons…
On my side, the error stopped when I used a brand new Deezer Account. The one generating the errors was created using the Apple Music playlists import. The error may be linked to the number of playlists in the account, but it’s only a guess.
So at the end I stopped using Deezer, because I could not both import apple music and use it on Bluos.
