App on LG TV - cannot switch users

Hello,   I have Deezer Family service with multiple user accounts. I am not able to switch between the user accounts on the LG TV app - when I hit the switch button I get blank screen. Any suggestion?

    Thanks for the answer.

    Yes, it is an independent account which is part of the family account. So as you mentioned I understand we have to log out and log back in with the different credentials.

     

    Is it an independent account which is part of the family account ? If so you can’t switch between users . You’ll have to log out from the current user and log back in with the relevant user using his credentials .

    Please provide also the following info : 

    Which LG TV exactly ? 

    What the Deezer version installed on the TV ?

    Is it an independent account which is part of the family account ? If so you can’t switch between users . You’ll have to log out from the current user and log back in with the relevant user using his credentials .

        Yes . No other way to use other accounts , which actually make sense security wise
