Hurry Up Tomorrow is the sixth studio album by the Canadian singer-songwriter The Weeknd and is billed “as the final chapter in his trilogy” that also includes 2020’s ‘After Hours’ and 2022’s ‘Dawn FM’.

It’s no surprise🌟 that ever since the incredible ‘Starboy’, Abel Tesfaye, has become very mainstream; a bit different to when he was starting his career, as in his early transitions, he was doing pop in a way that was different and felt like a fresh revamp of 80’s pop (who doesn’t love 80’s pop? 🎧).

“I look in the mirror and feel both old and new, stuck in limbo and unable to move. I still haven’t faced myself,” he said at the time. “More songs could help, but what do I have left to say? Woe is me in my gilded cage, right? The very thing that once made me invincible failed me on the world stage. A new trauma surfaced, opening floodgates.”

Hurry Up Tomorrow includes the powerful ‘São Paulo’, a song by the Canadian singer featuring Brazilian famous singer Anitta 🎤 and ‘Timeless’, one of the singles of the record featuring Playboi Carti and co-produced by Pharrell Williams.

On May 16, The Weeknd, or maybe he’ll just be Tesfaye by then, will release the feature film Hurry Up Tomorrow in cinemas. He has described the movie as a “musically driven psychological thriller” 🎬. Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan will star in the release, which will be directed by Trey Edward Shults.

Finally, Tesfaye has stated that Hurry Up Tomorrow will probably be The Weeknd's final album.

“A new path awaits. When today ends, I’ll discover who I am.”

To celebrate the album release, The Weeknd will perform an incredible one-night-only live stadium show at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California.🎤✨
