Our Deezer Focus Artist for the month of June was…. Ruti!

Ever heard about her? 

You might recognize her as the winner of The Voice UK 2018!

Over the past 5 years Ruti has matured as an artist and developped a sound that is authentic to her truest self!

After experimenting with different styles, Ruti now effortlessly blends genres fusing elements of modern R&B, pop, folk storytelling and soul, like her new single Luh Luh Love from her mixtape: MixTea_MilkTape!

Each song in this new mixtape is about openness, love and self-acceptance, with her powerful voice and inspiring lyrics, we can’t wait to hear what she does next!

Which is why we invited her to Paris to record our latest Deezer Session, where she recorded a version of her song  Luh Luh Love and a cover of Everybody Wants To Rule The World by Tears for Fears
