Are you sure you want that on Deezer. We need a platform for PG.

Yes, they did. Community Managers had to clean it up.
Let’s be accurate here.
This Behaviour goes against our code of conduct and you have to comply with it in order to be part of the community. We can always disagree and discuss, but you need to be respectful all the time.
Here you can find our code of conduct and guidelines:
uncheck the toggle to block explicit content.
I have logged a support request about this just now as it started happening a few days ago as far as I can tell. And before anyone suggests this I have not turned on the explicit content filter - it is turned off and has been turned off since I became a member 7+ years ago.
Here’re a couple of examples:
Also, as mentioned by the OP, the explicit version exists online but when you actually play it you get the censored version. Here’s an example - https://deezer.page.link/52zPkixMt7Ftm3Q3A. Play the track, don’t just read the lyrics.
EDIT-1
From what I can tell this bug seems to appear when a track or an album has censored and explicit versions. If the track or album only has an explicit version, obviously the explicit version will play and will also appear on the (Android) app as it’s the only one available.
Hi
A big thank you to
I'll let you know here when I get more information.
Thank you
Hi
Regarding the situation you shared, our developers have provided feedback.
We've implemented a new feature that groups similar albums into one entry (referred to as canonical albums), allowing you to find both the explicit and non-explicit versions easily.
As for Jay Z, you can also find his content in the non-explicit section.
