Is it possible to transfer the .flac files that I download to my internal storage?

No.

Hey @LazyPirate

You can specify the storage location - at least with Android - in the settings. SD card or internal memory. What doesn't work, however, is manually moving the files.

So the short answer from @JohnyV3 fits very well. :joy:

All deezer downloads come with cache files. Even though you move them to internal Storage, you can’t play them...Maybe you can check this article to locate these downloads on your current device and move them manually with a few taps if you wnat.

Hello

I have been downloading music but when i try to listen in a fly modus it is impossible

Earlier was possible

Can you inform what is happening?

Regards

Maria

Hi Maria,

What happens when you try to download the songs? Is there a message? And what are you using: iOS or Android?

I’m also using my desktop app on my Mac (Family Plan), but I can’t listen to the downloaded playlists when I’m offline. I just installed the last version again and the problem persist.
Any help?

Hi @Fred Pacífico, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

In the Desktop app, the problem you described is typically associated with downloading content in one audio quality and then attempting to stream it in a different quality. Could that be the reason?

Additionally, does this issue occur with all types of content on the desktop?

Hi @Fred Pacífico,

I’m having the same issue with my Mac. I can download it, but when I’m offline I can’t play the downloaded songs.

If this is the same, Deezer is already aware of this issue.

Hello @awesomemac indeed sounds like the same issue that our team is aware of it.

As I mentioned in my previous post, the workaround that worked for may users is to make sure the content that is been download must played in the same quality when offline.

So recommendation is to close/Stop the app in the background when you are offline (in case you keep having the MS0600 error), open again and before playing the playlist or album, make sure to select the same audio quality of the download content.

Hopefully, we expect some improvements in the desktop until end 2024.

@Leonídia.Deezer  Thank you for your advice.

This is the exactly same issue mentioned by @awesomemac (MS0600 error).

But I have a question for you, where do I see the audio quality of the download content in the IOS desktop App? It isn’t anywhere in the App Preference’s tab, and in the right low corner’s audio quality function it gives me 3 options of audio quality which I guess is for the song that is playing at the moment.

Thanks.

@Fred Pacífico :

iOS desktop app? I know iOS or the Mac OS X app. Or do you mean something else?
