unable to claim my artist creator account

I can’t claim my creators profile, it says there’s something wrong with your artist request ! Every time i try to request, please reply fast it’s urgent

    I texted to deezer fb too , tried all they are not solving, but I noticed you solved the same problem to someone, by asking their link
